GT MOTORING: any kind souls can help me
Hi all, I've purchased a TE-37 (single rim) from GT Motoring and made payment on 1st week of Jan, till now there have not get back me on news pertaining to my rim. My Last email from Greg is the rim is still on the way from Rays warehouse to their store before it will be shipping over to me in Singapore.

Up, and thumbs down. Close to more than a month and still no news from them after they initiated a Fedex pickup on 8 Feb. And now Im stuck with 3 pc of TE-37 which I can't mount onto my car because of GT motoring.
Can any kind souls who live near by drop into their store and help me inquire on my poor rim? |

GT Motoring is a very stand up company. I`m sure you`ll be taken cared of. Volk Racing is notorious for taking months to delivery their special order wheels. If this transaction only took 1-2 months I actually consider you lucky!

Thanks Alufegen and Nate! I was told by Greg it was in their facility, and I personally think this is an ex-stock wheel in Rays. 19'/8.5j/ET35 is meant for the earlier M3 and this is a normal TE-37 rim
GTM_challange: i did not request to refund the money, but rather to open a case in which Paypal gives a maximum of 45 days after the transaction else me, has a buyer has no protection at all. Your company's lacked of communication undoubtedly caused me to worry after I send much emails and don't get a reply; making it worse which I have no information on whats going on at the other side. Given a choice I would still want the rim instead of the money. |
