Offsets for 9.5 inch wide wheels

Titled it like so so it could be used for search purposes...

What would a flush offset be for an e90 with 9.5 inch wide square setup running a 205/40 or 215/40? Diameter is 17in

et22 front and et10 rear

Pulling off 18" is hard enough, don't bother with 17"s

You can get lower on 17s and I love the look of my stock 17s right now.
