Arrow M ZCP wheels Wheel help

My buddy who has a 07 328xi wants to know if ZCP wheels will fit his car.

Specs
19X8 offset 47
19x 9.5 offset 27

Tires are 235 35 19 and 275 30 19 mounted on the wheels.

I know a spacer of 10mm at least in the fronts but the rear im afraid will rub. Stock non sport package suspension.

Anyone know if these will fit with no rubbing?

a 19x10 +25 fits with a fender roll.. 19x9.5 +27 is 8mm further inside the fender so i am going to assume he is fine unless he gets a really chunky tire. If he gets some slight rub he may have to switch to 265/30/19 or run more camber in the rear, or get his fenders rolled.
