Alufelgen SF-71 Fitment on E90 LCI Xdrive

About to purchase a set from a fellow forum member. Wanted to find out if there will be any issues running the following setup on my 10' E90 LCI X drive/w sport package. Stock suspension, and possibly coils.

19x8.5 et35
19x9.5 et35
Hankook V12
235/35/19
265/30/19

Don't think the front will have any issues, but wanted to be absolutely sure there will be no rubbing in the back. Anyone insight would be appreciated!

You should be fine running that setup without any problems. Here are a few pictures of the Alufelgen SF-71 on an E90 LCI for you to check out!

It's not fine. The LCI e90 has 8mm wider track width per side compared to non-LCI. Most wheels are made for the pre-LCI models. You need an offset of 41-45 (equivalent to 33+ on pre-LCI) to have no rubbing at all (with no fender roll or other modifications like more camber). Of course, if you don't mind fender roll and 255 tires, you can probably be fine with ET35.

I think VMR has ET45 wheels available, also Sportline CS.16 have ET45. I had 18x9.5ET45 wheels are they fit so good that I ordered another set of lighter ones with the same ET.

They will fit fine. Seen it many times on the LCI. No rubbing.

Thanks for the input guys! tscdennab - I've heard as well the recommended size is somewhere between 41-45 in the back, but since this is an existing set I'm buying, don't have the choice to go that route. Seem like the other guys agree 35 in the back won't cause an issue

It is fine, I should know since I am running this exact same set-up, with 265/30 tires in the rear and I am lowered, no rub (at all, not even close), no roll. I have since installed 5mm spacers up front, no problems. As a matter of fact I think I have enough clearance in the rear to install the 3mm spacers I just purchased.

That said, I think the forum member that owns the car in the photos above installed spacers, at least up front, because my wheels appeared more tucked when I installed them without spacers.

Also make sure the wheels you are buying are not bent. A wheel may have no visible signs of damage and it could still be out of round to the point where it cannot be balanced which will result in vibration at speed.

OP,

Our ET35 19x9.5" is made exclusively for the LCI. It fits with a 265/30/19. We have done numerous sets in that fitment, and as some current ALUFELGEN customers have mentioned, the fitment fits perfectly with no reported cases on rubbing so far.

Feel free to ask any other questions regarding this setup.

Will this setup work with all tires? I was told by a vendor that I might get rubbing with michelin supersport tires 235 front 265 rear because they have a slightly beefier sidewall than other brands.

The E90/E92/E93 LCI and PRE-LCI models will all use the 19x8.5 ET35 with a 235/35/19 and 19x9.5 ET35 with a 265/30/19.

Michelin tires do run a bit wide and you may rub if your car is lowered.
