Will these fit my e92???

Hey everybody, im looking to get some wheels and ran into a set but im not sure if they will fit or not, i looked around for a while and couldnt find anything.. anyways the wheels are 18x10 +40 w/255 40 18 rear and 18x8.5 +35 w/225 45 18 up front? im planning on dropping the car if i end up getting these, would i need spacers? or roll the fenders?

Tires are a bit big with 45 and 40 profile OEM is 40 and 35. Offset wouldn't cause rubbing.

you would be fine.

just make sure to downsize the tires when you get new ones down the road.

also, throw on a rear spacer
