Problems after having some fun on the german Autobahn
Went to Germany and had some fun with a 911 RS40 from 60 to 140 MPH.
after a few pulls I let him go and cruised in the range of 130 MPH. The throttle started to behave strange. I pushed one more inch but nothing happened boost didn’t come up. Got a 30ff. switched to valet map and could reproduce it. After spending 1 week in Germany without using the car, drove back to Switzerland and tried some things. Pushing slowly, I was able to reach 170MPH. Pushed the throttle down to see what happens, and I had the boost going up and down from 3 to 15 psi. as long I stayed on the throttle. Got 3 codes 30FF, 2D2E and 29D2. Boost leak, Tuner code, and misfiring on Cyl 5. Then I tried to reproduce it and it was not possible again the only thing stayed was the throttle doesn't react properly. Pushing slowly a bit at a time works. Pushing a bit faster but keep on pushing would go in limp (I guess) Pushing full throttle boost stays at 0.0 directly lift the throttle completely and push it again full throttle boost comes up normally. I can reproduce that on map 1 or 0 and in any gear at any speed. Any ideas? My Car is a XI FMIC, Procede 3.0 Stage 0 map 11.1 new Injectors and plugs.

You have a boost leak. Maybe even a wg stuck or does not seal properly.

Boost leak
Yeah I know, the 30FF would say that, but why is it not all the time? and repush the trottle works every time. that's the strange thing i don't understand.
WG not releasing would somehow make more sence to me.

Check your vacuum lines sounds similar to when I had ruptured vacuum lines going to my waste gate accumulators. It is most likely a boost leak as others have said.

Man honestly I think its a boost leak as well because basically its not holding boost pressure properly. The charge pipe diverter valves are very weak when your running the amount of boost we run so I would check there first. I have had the same issue about the car going in limp mode but that was because I pushed its limits and the car put its self in limp mode.
