Some people think that removing the back seat headrests opens up a world of visibility. Personally they don't bother me so mine are not going anywhere

Headrests are vital to driver safety in certain types of collisions. Sure wouldn't remove them!

You are n the right track if you took the rear headrests off so you...can stamp/embroider the ///M logo to match the fronts ;-o)

Yes, they do come off with a wee bit of wiggle. You do have to release the seat locks first (via the trunk), and tilt the backseats forward to be able to pull the headrests off.

So what is the point removing them?
1 Parting out your car cuz it was to expensive. 2 Weight saving for drag RACING, touring car championship. 3 You just hate when some of your car parts wearing out, decided to save some. 4 Or you don't have PDC so you need to be sure that there is nothing behind your car. |

Enjoy breaking your neck/getting terrible whiplash if you're ever rear-ended.

Since when was price a consideration? The thread is not titled "cheapest" mod or "best bang for the buck" mod. Its Best & Easiest. Plug and play is pretty fucking easy 15% WTQ gain with 0 other supporting mods is best in my book.
