1200 mi service in SoCal/LA/OC area

it's finally time for my 1200 mi service, and reading all the horror stories of mixed up fluids plus all the negative reviews from the local dealers (cars being scratched or damaged during service) around here is making me nervous about taking in my 1M. anyone have recommendations (dealers and service advisors). i know we have 20+ 1Ms in the area so there's got to be enough experiences to share. thanks guys!

My service adviser Natasha Silveira.
I had my 1M 1200 mile service taken care of there, and she knows all about the correct fluids and photo copied my print outs of this forum for further information.
Just give her a ring, tell her the black 1M owner let you know and she should take care of you

thanks for responding, doobs. i had already seen your post elsewhere but was hoping for something in the LA or OC area. san diego would be way too far to go just for service.

A couple of us got the 1200 mile service at Crevier just as the bulletins came out, at least 2 of us had the wrong fluid in the tranny, but they got it all sorted out in the end, so they know what to do now.

I personally took mine to Center BMW in the city of Sherman Oaks. They knew exactly what was needed. They did the service in under 2 hours and all the fluids were correct.

Long Beach BMW is the best place for your 1200mi service. They are on top of the Technical Service Bulletins and have been excellent in servicing my 1M which just completed inspection 1.
