meth flow
anyone know how to check the flow sensor on the pwm meth system..i pulled the input line off and bypassed the boost switch..meth is flowing from pump to sensor...lots of air bubbles in clear lines coming from the flow sensor. My meth lights hardly ever light up and when it does they dont remain on throughout the rpm range..they flicker..also i checked my datalog and it does show meth flow, but very low percentages and up and down..it used to flow a consistent 30-32 at wot, now they are only peaking to about 24 now and dropping down to 9 at wot, which i assume is the reason im not transitioning to map 2 and flickering meth lights..any ideas what i should be checking? tia!

Any chance you got any fuel (Even a tiny bit) in your meth container?
I used the same pump to pump the 55gal meth barrel after a friend (unknowingly) used the pump for race gas last week :/ |

im kinda thinking its an sucking air issue...when i prime the system by spraying the windshield washers i can get meth flow and my hazard lights to come on, but it doesnt last long...after one good pull it will go back to the same problem..ill replace the check valve as i think i recieved two with my kit and update later

Another thing to check is the in-line filter. Tighten it up really well!

I then did a WOT pull while holding the window washer stick down and it worked again. Unless it starts to work consistently tomorrow I am stopping by Shiv's to have him troubleshoot it. I will let you know how it goes.

problem fixed..it was the check valve..i removed it and blew into it...needless to say it was obvious..so i replaced it and bam...no more sucking air...so i assume i was sucking air in through the ww sprayers and it was the issue!!

Mine just starting working, so I would have been no help. I found that spraying window washer fluid manually while WOT did the trick after I checked all the leak points.

yeah thats the only way i could get mine to flow as well...but im not gonna spray meth all over my car everytime i want my meth to flow...when the check valve goes bad, its actually sucking air back though the ww sprayers and into the meth lines..causing the interruption of flow and the failsafe constantly kicking in..its an easy 10 minute fix and now im flowing perfectly again
