Is the staggered tire set up for this car? :
225/35R19
255/30R19

Yes, if the car came with 19" wheels, that was typically the OEM sizing.

The wheels in this picture are the OEM 193M wheels, which only come in 18". OEM sizes are 225/40 front, 255/35 rear.
