Question What Size Offset!?

Ok I have a 2006 PRE LCI 330XI.

I will be running 19x9 (Square Setup) All around.

There will be some tire stretch as shown below:

running: 225/35 tires

I will be lowered on KW V1 Coils.

Going for a stance like seen below:

What offsets would I need to run to have this setup?
I also plan to roll my fenders.

Will i need anything else for this setup? Spacers, etc.?

Thanks in advance.

Why would you want to stretch when you can run wider tires for ultimate champion traction? i dont understand the point???

I'm actually having a hard time finding 9" wheels. They're either 8.5" or 9.5". So is 9.5" a possibility?
