Wheels and Tires for 06' 325xi

Hey guys,

New to the forum and a first time BMW owner. Black ext & int. 325xi w/ 68K miles, base model + cold weather package. I am looking at getting wheels and tires and plan to keep the same size all the way around. I was looking at the Avant Garde M310's in an 18 Gunmetal or the VMR710's in an 18x8.5, also in gunmetal. I was also looking at getting a good 6 month tire to run in Michigan. Any recommendations? I will probably keep my runflats and stock 16's for the winter months. I heard that I might need wheel spacers and I know nothing about them. What would I need?

Thanks in advance guys.

The AG M310 is only available in the Hyper Silver and Matte Black finishes in 18". If you're looking for Gunmetal, then the VMR V710 would be your best bet. The setup that is going to work best is the 18x8.5 ET35 with a 225/40/18 all around. You wont need any spacers and the above setup will work perfectly on the car. Since you have a dedicated winter setup, I would recommend that you check out the Continental Extreme Contact DW tires.
