Those using centric hub rings

Does the ring stay on the wheel or the hub when you remove the wheel? I went to balance my forgestars yesterday. I totally forgot about the hub rings. I remember the guys removing the center cap to fit them on the balancing machine. Now i am wondering if all 4 of them are still mounted.

I hate to state the obvious, but the only way to check is dismount the wheel. If you're missing the rings then just go back and get some, they're important especially for the front axle.

Or drive the car at your normal driving speed, if no wobble or vibration then it's probably on.
