wind deflector

How much difference does the wind deflector make with the e93 convert? Is it worth buying as it's not cheap?

I did not order one at first but I just picked one up for $750 cdn. It's more for my girlfriend than me. It's great at night when its a little cooler. I don't usually have people in the back seat but if you did it might be annoying to take out and put back in.
You can barely feel the wind when its up!!
