Depends on width of tires, brand of tires, camber, offset. I believe the consensus is that you can run a 265/35/18 or 19" equiv with no problems.

If you are a super aggressive offset, you'll have to run a thinner tire, perhaps a 255/35/18.

If you have an offset 35-37mm+, you might be able to squeeze in a 275/35/18.

The ET37 / ET38 is more common with the 19x10 widths. The ET32 is a bit more on the aggressive side and may require you to roll your rear fenders. I'd recommend that you go with a tire with a rounded sidewall such as the Falken 452 or TOYO T1R for more clearance.

the wheel i got was the 19x10 Forgestar F14. The tires i believe on them are Khumo?

************, sorry im new to wheels but i thought the +37/38 meant it came out more (deeper concave) from the center than the +32, is that right? if so, what does it mean then that the +32 are more aggressive? if technically, it would be a lesser concave?

I believe the width of the rim (9.5" vs 10" for example) determines the concavity of the wheel. The offset determines how far the rim is inset into the hub, but the concavity won't change. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

What you said is true, if we are talking about cast wheels.
