Should I Dip My Rims to Make them Chrome?

I just bought a black 328i Coupe. How do Chrome 189s look on that car? can anyone send pics of ANY chrome rims on a black coupe?

Never been a chrome guy, but they look great OFF the car.
I've been trying to lookup photos of chrome on black e92.
does it look cheesy? I think Black rims on my black car would be too much black. Are chrome rims just too much .... period?

Anyway, I'm swapping My 197s for the Alloy 189s but I heard that I can "Dip" them for a fair cost rather than buying new Chrome Rims for over $2k.

Is the quality a problem if I "Dip" My Rims to make them Chrome? or should I plan to pay up and buy New Original Chrome Rims?

If this is an acceptable idea, do you have any recommendations of who to use?

I prefer South Florida, but I'll pay to ship if the overall price is right.
