Eisenmann 550
Does anybody have this exhaust yet?
Im very curious to see how it sounds. Ive seen a video with downpipes but really have no interest in purchasing downpipes at this point. If someone could post a video i would really appreciate it! |

Did you get the race or sport version?

If you are going to do it, you really need to get the Race version. The F10 is already a quiet car. The Race version is probably what the Sport version should sound like. The Race version should sound more aggressive than it does. However, I have it and like it. Just wish it was a little nastier sounding.

The Eisenmann is almost a little too mellow for my taste. |

I guess I will have to think again about purchasing the eisenmann. I guess full catback systems are the only way! If 550 dont make sound downshift gear, 535 will never do. Thanks for the info.

To me, my Eisenmann race exhaust sounds like a (much) softer version of a Mercedes AMG exhaust. Very low and grumbly. |

8 speed Auto like mine. I just sent the pm to jaekeem and asked him the same question I asked you. Maybe what I heard from his video could be wrong. But that sounded really nice and thats what I wanted to hear from the expensive exhaust. By the way, I did not decided yet. I live in a small apartment and I have no room to put those factory exhaust pipes by the way. I might go with eisenmann too. Thanks for the reply jnkirk1974. By the way, I saw your thread about getting the Michelin PSS tires. Are you getting the 95Y front and 99Y rear both road range XL? I don't really know about the tires and have to get the right one. Since you are planning to get the same tires as I do, could you let me know. Thanks Last edited by Nobleman; 03-20-2012 at 12:57 PM.. |

Currently Vorsteiner only has a application for the 535. I can speak with Vorsteiner and see if they have any plans for development of a 550 exhaust, but as of right now their F10 exhaust offerings are pretty limited.

Look into Meisterschaft for your 550i.
It may be pricey, but you will be grateful for the joy it brings with every single rev. You can quiet it down or let it rip at your discretion with the wireless controllable valves. Worth every penny imo. |

We should have videos of the Eisenmann race rear section within the next couple of weeks.
