They had a group buy for $500 a couple months ago. They are just as good as any other brand. You can buy there intercooler for $200 and DIY the whole install for another $100 or so. If you go on ebay they sell them for $600 shippped for the complete kit.

+1, it comes with mounting brackets and all the piping needed. You really cant go wrong with the CX kit for $600.

By the time you price it out the cx intercooler is only a little more and comes with a wind deflector and mounting bracket. I was going to build my own but for the price their bolt on fit is well worth it.

That's actually my car! I have driven the car with the FMIC for a little over 4,000 miles and its great. My car is not heavily modified at all just COBB AP along with BMS DCI and of course the CX FMIC. All the fabrication and installation was done by CX Racing with the aid of Rene from Rene's mufflers and from my analysis the parts are of very good quality. Obviously the core and all the piping is manufactured in China and just assembled as a kit, but the quality is actually better than I would have expected. No boost leaks, no error codes whatsoever. I did not do any prior or post installation dynos but my car is a daily driver and it still running very smoothly. I don't feel any difference below 2500 rpm especially on a hot day, but on a cool day or cold night...there is definitely a big difference in immediate throttle response. The problem with my review is there are no numerical facts, also so many factors have changed as I swap throttle maps and so on in the COBB program. My opinion is for $600 the FMIC upgrade from CX Racing is easily worth it, especially for people not trying to make upgrades that are too invasive...i.e. downpipes, exhaust, meth, etc... I really hope this helped...and I am very sorry if this didn't.
