What's the recommended interval for rebuild on TCK. Same as AST?

so basically you want someone to pay full price for used set since you said you would need a rebuild at about 20k which tck charges $200 for each corner...totaling the charges to $950.
I would think a fair price would be $300 shipped.

Rebuild at 20K miles to keep the shocks at near 100% performance levels. This is something a track guy would likely do. Many choose to run these for 50-60K before rebuilding for street use.

right but didnt you track a lot with this setup? cause tck recommends every 50k miles when the car is street driven.

Keep in mind that street miles sometimes isn't better than track miles because of different road conditions(likely a lot worse on the street than a track). Last edited by HP Autosport; 07-02-2012 at 11:16 AM.. |
