How much sex do you really need

I am continually impressed by the diversity and variation in the human experience. The women that I come across like to complain. But it is their complaints that are telling.

One recurring complaint is the frequency of sex...some complain that their partners want sex all of the time (their perception) and they do not feel up to the task and ask me for help...others complain that their partners only want sex 1 -2/month and they want it much more frequently and ask me for help....

So, lets be honest...how much sex do you really want??

I'd trade boring sex for 1/2 frequent good sex, but can't imagine when I'd have to make that trade, so ...yes.

If the partner doesn't know what they're doing it can be uncomfortable, but we as men would never complain about it. Sex is sex, get it when you can.

Is it always painful? In what way? That doesn't sound normal.

For me, I'd prefer 1-3x/week. Unfortunately, that's usually my monthly average.
