Tell the photographer to clean thier sensor, in the camera.

All that black nasty dust is dust on the sensor that becomes visible once you stop the lens down past f5.6 or so.
As you stop it down more, to get slow shutter speeds for blurr, you see all the shit on the photos.

I'll clean em up for you if you want S.
Email me the full res jpgs.

So how was the AWD understeer, after driving your 335i ?
Early apexing ? ;-)

Kurt, that audi did not have understeer..he put the RS4 rear sway bar on..and he had the vogland coilovers. He will probably be upgrading to the StaSIS motorsports in the next year or two. I will ask him to email to me..the owner of the car was the camera owner..and photographer in most of the shots. Yes, a lot of early apexing ..but on purpose. I caught up to an RS 4 on track...and several stage 3 B5 S4s.

Another couple of pics...the straight here is very long...I probably hit 130..and started braking inbetween the 3 and 4 braking marker. The red S4 avant is a stage 3 car....and goes fast down the straight.

Nice pics! I can't wait until my 335 is broken-in so I can start getting some track time with her. Should be fun coming from a stage 2+ B5 S4.

The silver Audi I was driving was a APR stage 3 B7 2.0T...with APR exhaust, KO4 turbo/manifold upgrade, voglund coilovers, RS 4 rear sway baR, stoptech 355mm front brakes, Motul RBF600 brake fluid, Pagid black track brake pads, 18X8.5 SSR competition wheels and Nitto R compound tires..235/40/18...we were running about 98 octane gas.

I had an avant just like the red one in the picture...it was a very slight bit more balanced than the sedan....but the average guy wouldnt notice the difference. I got mine down to a track weight of 3550. Most S4 sedans, 2000-2002 model year are 3530 in stock form. When I got my first S4 avant...I took it to Laguna Seca with only 900 miles on the odometer.

That lotus was a cup car..and only had 350 on it when the engine blew in front of me going into turn #13 or #14. The owner has 40, count em..40 cars...11 of them are Ferraris...He wasnt phased at all that he blew the engine...in his words..."they'll just get me a new engine..no problem". He also recently wrecked a GT3 RS at Nurburing (sp?). He actually lives in SoCal.

I am coming down on Monday the 18th..but just for the day...I have a meeting with a client in Calabasas..but flying out at 3pm...next time man..next time.
