2011 335i Touring - Ipod Option
Hi There!
My car is from the UK and I am trying to find out how I can avoid spending $1200 to get an Ipod option installed through BMW directly. I have a USB in the glove box, but nothing in the middle console the way I have been told I should have if the Ipod option was installed. Can someone recommend a cost effective aftermarket solution that will integrate with iDrive (Important to me). |

You have a few choices:
1) COMBOX - best one if you can go for this 2) BMW iPOD connector - goes in place of your CD changer 3) Dension GW500 - Works well and cheap too None of the above should cost you something like $1200. Total cost depends upon how big DIYer you are. If you are willing to read, learn and do it yourself then they are all cheap.
