Exclamation BMW Offers F30 Base-335i Lease Deal

BMWFS has posted a lease deal for an F30 Base 335i on it's website. Not sure if it's exclusive for Chicago, interested to see if the same applies to other parts of the U.S.A.

Highest Regards.

Not sure what you exactly see, but this is what it gives me for Hawaii:

Quote:
Well-equipped with Premium Package, Automatic Transmission and Destination charges.
$459*/month for 36 months
• $459 First months payment
• $3,000 Down payment
• $0 Security Deposit
• $725 Acquisition fee
• $4,184 Cash due at signing
Doesn't seem too bad

Numbers are on par with the rest of the MY2012 3er lineup, but the deals on the E90 are much better. Selling price is the name of the game for F30 at this point.

Instead of downpayment to bring down Cap cost, put the money in 7 MSD.

which you get back at the end...

That's not really the issue here. The data I quoted was example data from the bmwusa.com website and no data I entered myself

dont forget that IL and TX have terrible tax laws for leasing, so you pay tax on the entire car not on the payment or portion of devaluation, so if the car is 50K add about $5000 to the equation, so if you add that to the upp front costs you need like 8-9k up front. If you add hte tax to the payment add about $140 to your payment

Now it gets even worse, if at the end of the lease in IL and TX you want to buy the car then you pay tax again on the price you pay to buy the car even though you paid tax on the entire car during the lease. It is crazy so BMW offers a balloon payment plan to avoid this in IL and TX, they call it Owners Choice
