mtec 6000k h8?

so I bought what was supposed to be mtec h8s from a member here. I cannot find anything anywhere that mtec made 6000k H8 bulbs that were individually packaged. Also I never received the bulbs as the bulbs inside the package were OEM H8s. Any ideas on if mtec ever made any? I'm dealing with seller about sending oem bulbs.

those are 7000k LEDs..these mtecs are supposed to be 6000k halogens

Ya, the only Mtec bulbs the I can close to 6000k are these,

Thanks for trying man..but the more I look the more I feel like an idiot. The boxes say HID replacement which would suggest that they're not halogens. Here's a pic of my bulb plus the 2 bulbs I was sent with the boxes they came in:
