Is there a pretty good DIY to open a 2010 and above dome light?

I simply gently pried my 2009 frosted lens cover off. This clear lens seems a lot more "breakable" and a lot less DIY friendly. Anyone do this recently and can throw me a bone here? Just gotta swap out my dome light LED, which a shop had done. Thanks
