e90 335i or e93 328i , need opinions plz

i'm really torn about which car to get...i already put a deposit for the e93, but i can still change which model i want....

e90 335i is cheaper and is a lot faster

e93 328i is jsut a beautiful car with a sextop that turns heads....

sooo should i go for speed or looks???

and i dont have enough money for a e93 335i, cuz that car would solve my problems..lol

which cars would you guys get out of those two cars?

I dunno, Convertibles are for women, the 335 is for posers and I hope you're wearing your Nomex...

I can understand you dillema, I lived in Vancouver for a year and it is probably the only city that is "convertible" friendly in Canada.

1. Which do you value more, speed or "looks"? If you value one more than the other, then you have answered your question.

2. If you still couldn't answer Question #1: does the "extra" money spent on E93 328i worth having the better "look" over the E90 335i?

If you answer yes or not sure (because you are willing to spend the extra money even though you are not sure), get the E93 328i.

If you answer no, then get the E90 335i.

not getting coupe cuz its more expensive then the sedan lol, i'm tight on money here.

anyhoo i did test drive both cars and the dealership even let me take home the e93 328i home for a 3 days test drive, and i must say, you get alot of attention, comments and heads turning while driving that beautiful hard top cabrio

but driving the 335i, only i would appreciate the car and nobody else...i dunno if you guys understand what i'm saying, cuz to the avg person, they dont care or know that a 335i is 300hp

true the coupe cost more..but its CHEAPER than your e93 328...the e92 335 is 4700CAD cheaper than your e93 328! and the difference between coupe and sedan is less than 2k CAD....if you can afford a e93 328..then you shouldnt have any problem afford a e92 335! and e92 gets attention too! so i think your best solution would be getting a e92 335i
but still..you make the final decision

Right, but who are you buying the car for?

The 335i will be a billion times more fun to drive. If its just attention you want, then paint it pink.

If you go with the E93 - especially in your climate make sure you get the heated seats!

i kept changing my mind, 328 or 335 E93. I went 335, and i'm telling you everytime you get behind the wheel, it's fun, and kinda like driving a go cart. Truly an amazing car.

A well equipped E93 328 is minimally cheaper than a poorly equipped 335. I think the difference was $150 per month or something. Thats a little less than $40 per week for more car than you'll know what to do with.

You seem to care more what others think then of what you want. Get the e93 so you can get the attention you want/need.

Then again, when you get t-boned in the e93, I bet you'd rather be in the e90

i guess Canadians are luckier in this because we get the heated seats as a standard option!

Get the 335 coupe, since it'll basically look like e93 328 without the "sextop" (actually better looking than e93 from the back, IMO) be a lot faster, and $2400 (USD) cheaper (both base prices).

Or save $4200 (USD) and get a 335 sedan, if saving money is the prime issue.

Either way, e90 or e92 335 is the better buy, unless you REALLY like having a convertible.
