Brushed Aluminum window trim?

I got back from the dealership, gonna pick up the car tomorrow. I noticed my window trim were brushed aluminum and not chrome. Is it b/c i ordered brushed aluminum trim for the interior? Well i think it looks pretty bad ass. Could someone reply back if this happened to them. Thanks

Are you talking about the exterior window trim? If so all e92's have that.

i dont have a digital camera so i wasn't able to snap any pics of it, but i'll probably use my friends so, i'll hopefully i'll have it tomorrow

I had the same thing happen, but mine was bright chartreuse. :mad:

Kidding. But this sounds impossible since no one has ever posted pics of such trim. I suppose some could a grinder with a wire wheel to the stock trim it though. Might look cool actually, but I don't think you'd want to do it while it was on the car.

I remember one of my friends mentioning that my outside window trim was brushed. I'll look tonight and snap a picture if it is.

My E92 335i window trim is brushed aluminum as well as the the exhaust tips.

Yes, I noticed this when I picked up my car last week, I was estatic that I didn't have plain chrome window trim. The brushed aluminum against tiag looks great IMO.

I think the 335i has brushed aluminum trim around the window and the 328i has the chrome. Pretty sure about that.
