E92 Seat Belt Butler "Batting Average"
Mine successfully grabs the seat beat no more than half the time. Is that what you're experiencing? Or do you think mine needs adjustment? There's nothing overtly about it that seems broken (other than the hit-or-miss performance).

They Rock, has only missed twice since I've had it. But they are very helpful and cause no problems or concerns.
Besides they are entertaining, passengers enjoy em'.

I actually had the same concern!!!
Mine use to be 100% when i first got the car, but in the past 2 weeks it has been about 1/4 of the time actually working! I was also curious if anyone else noticed this and is there a way to fix it!! |

Mine has missed its' share. It has been better lately though, the only problem is that sometimes like lets say in the drive thru, I take my seatbelt off to get to my wallet, and then to put my seatbelt back on is kind of a bitch. Either do a big reach around, heheh, or open and close the door. Otherwise glad I have it though cause the belt is a bit far back. Sometimes I also take off while reaching for my seatbelt but if you take off too fast the belt will go back to its spot before you have time to grab it.

We did a driving clinic and the instructors didn't understand to wait a second for jeebers to hand them the seatbelt. With them regularly getting in and out of the car and grabbing back at the seatbelt, they ended up putting it outta whack so that it never grabbed the belt. Jeebers was definetely out of sinc timing wise. The wife played with it several times and no go. Then, all of a sudden, it started working fine. No problems with either side since (never had a problem with the driver's side).

Anyone see how the e93 holds its belt? Why can they do the same for the e92?

Mine catches every time but just rescently the arm has begun to pop off. There are two parts, the part with the silver nob shoots off the rest of the arm as it is being retracted in. Happens 1 ou of three times now, and then suddenly is fine and then starts again. Got an appt. next week.
