Car making bad noise :( any ideas?

I don't know how else to describe it:

If anyone's ever started their car in 2nd instead of 1st and heard that sound when the enginge is lugging and working too hard to get the car moving then they know what i'm talking about.

My car makes this noise when in stop and go traffic when stopping from first and putting the clutch in. Also it happens sometimes when going from 1st to 2nd. What the hell is this? It wasn't doing this the 1st month I had it

I wish that's all it was. I've been driving stick since I've had my license and it's not either of those things. It happens once the car is already going and you depress the clutch and the break to stop.

I let my pops listen to it and he sound it sounds like some springs or something are loose. Also i'm getting the loud ticking while at idle when already warmed up. I'm bringing it to the dealer tomorrow to let them hear it. Ughhhhhhh my German piece of machinery is making me upset at the moment
