Has anyone heard anything about any upcoming/current Dinan 335 upgrades?

I heard elsewhere in this Forum that BMW had terminated its relationship with Dinan and has already begun to bring out its own line of high performance parts.

BMW is severing ties with Dinan and developing their own performance products. The BMW ECU reflash will be covered by BMWs warranty and since it's their product they will be able to adjust timing, A/F ratios, DSC, rev limit, top speed, etc.. I am waiting for an answer from BMW as to whether the relfash can be changed from one leased car to another without paying the full price again. Many dealers are offerring the JCW ECU reflash the MINI Cooper S for a few hundred dollars. I am predicting that the reflash for the 335i will be about $500-$750 and will have about 25% less performance than the Procede. I will be first in line!
