Interesting Read

New type of engines... Maybe BMW should sponsor this research and potentially buy-out the company and its patents?!

I was amazed that a 2 cylinder engine could produce as much HP as a BMW R6 Engine (6 cylinders)... Surprising, yet interesting.

Shiv, do you think this new type of Internal Combustion Engine may become commercially available within the next 5-10yrs? Any other Mech Engineers can possibly shed some more light on this new technology?? Seems cool =D

It reminds me of the way a rotary engine works... lots of power from a relatively small displacement. But the theoretical efficiencies over the standard ICE was never realized... I suspect this engine may face the same fate...
