Warning "bimmerbum.com" Is A Fraud!!

Hi All,

I just want to warn you fellows for a fraud, Ed at bummerbum.com does not deliver my goods, even though I have paid USD 95 on April 6:th. I ordered a shift knob, and a dash emblem. A have tried to call him, and left like 20 messages, he does not answer. I have mailed him 50 times, he has answered 2 and say he has shippped.

He has an ebay store and calls himself "genuinebmwparts". I am so f-n pissed off now, I am thinking of going over to the states to get my goods and tell this a-hole that you do not treat your customer like this. I have also emailed my receipt to him.

After a few days I (!) received a threat from Ebay saying Bimmerbum.com cliaming I have not paid????!!! I HAVE PAID BUT THE A-HOLS HAS NOT DELIVERED.

Can you guys help me out, cause I live in Sweden? Does anyone know who
this a-hole Ed att Bimmerbum is? Can you give me an advise what to do?

And pls. do not purchase anything from him....

Regards

Did you pay with Paypal or credit card? If you payed with Paypal, go to the site and highlight the auction tools tab, scroll down and highlight "buyer protection" and then hit "dispute resolution ". Follow the steps and you'll get a refund in about two weeks. If you paid via credit card , just call your card company and they'll refund you. If you paid cash (which you should never do on Ebay, still contact ebay. They'll try to help you out.

You need to contact ebay as well and ebay will handle this. Just show them proof of receipt and ebay will probably cancel this guy's account.

Sorry to hear about your problem.

I eBayed a shift knob from him back in Dec 2006, but I received my order with no problem. He has a website too: bimmerbum.com

Good luck.
