does the front silver grill come in standard?

Yes, I think that's correct. If you want the silver ones I'm sure you can exchange with someone on this forum. There are people who have changed to the black ones.

here is a picture of a 328 and 335 coupe side by side... tell me which one is which

I based this off on someone said they swapped grills to the black one and ordered the 328 grills.

I for one would like a definitive answer and would order the black grill...

again not true.. I am in the US and my grill is silver. There is another blue 328 and a gray 335 coupe at my work and all three of us have silver grill.
There is only one exterior difference between the 328 and 335 coupe and its the dual vs twin exhaust... apart from that there is none.

Mine's one on the left.... see there is no difference

and teh grill in the bottom looks different due to the photograph/lighting.. no physical difference.

wait your grill on the bottom is silver too, not black? isn't the intercooler visible from the outside on the 335?

ok let me clarify .. the bottom grill is black but the kidney grill with the roundel is silver. (I just stepped out to the garage and visually verified it)

i believe that is the difference, the bottom grill on 335's are silver with the intercooler partially visible behind it

I was talking about the bottom grill which is black on the left and silver on the right.

nope, the 335's bottom grille (bottom that houses the fog lights) is silver, vs 328's black, that's how I can tell yours is on the left.

BMW calls it I guess the Screen, Inner and Screen, Outer (Left/Right)

The Screen Inner (17), is priced $16.25
The Screen Outer (16), is priced $9.85 per side (L/R)

If I have time tomorrow, I will go to BMW tomorrow during lunch and verify this. Perhaps I will order the black grills if they are available. I'll look at their 3 series coupes and see if the 328i's have black screens.

Ya I've seen many pics of 328i with silver grills...I don't know if thats a Mod or standard...someone please clarify this. Thanks!

The lower grill is black. The kidney grill is silver.
Now for the photos of the standard seats. I just have the one you found in my garage folder. I'll try to take more this week end. Cheers.
