Just venting guys...

I've had my 335i for 6 months... I just recently moved back to the US.

4 DAYS in the US and someone smashes the bumper and then they takes off! 4 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll post the evidence later!

PS if anyone knows a good autobody shop in the Worcester area PM me.....

Sigh.....

Seems stories like yours are all too common--sorry you're dealing with that, hope you get it fixed up and back to normal soon.

Or maybe he left because he was drunk. He came back after he was sober.

As our drunk driving laws have become more and more strict, you are seeing these incidents increase dramatically. More then likely this person was drunk, and more then likely they probably had been arrested for it once or twice in the past and would be looking at some serious consequences if caught. More serious then hit and run.

Also, time of day wouldnt matter.

Simple. Because we no longer live in a civil society and very few people feel a sense of responsibility for their actions or inactions. We live in a culture of "Didn't get caught = Got away with it".

I'm sure the Earth is longing for our breif existence to end here and hoping the next life form to evolve is a little better.

First off he is an idiot for coming back? Or a real man, who realized he did wrong.

Who knows maybe the person freaked out and left. He could have easily freaked out and once he got back to normal realized he needs to admit to it.

Good luck though, my girlfriend's father's van got hit the other day at Lancaster Golf in Lancaster, MA. There is evident markings on the rear left side. Even has black paint. Doesn't know who did it.

It's time for the law to change.... We need to follow the yanks so that hit and run carries a mandatory sentence term. This is just bull crap that he has to come back later.

Nemo 1,

I have had two hit and run incidents to deal with on my 330i. I used Body Shop World, 700 Plantation Street, Worcester, MA. They have certified techs for BWM, Audi, Mercedes and Jaguar. Excellent service on both repairs.
