Exhaust For 535i Sedan
Hello, I recently aqcuired a 535i Sedan and I am planning on tunning it. I want to begin with the exhaust system. After reading some reveiws I have decided to go for the Remus Street Racer silencer and tips. The thing is that my car end on one muffler on each side, and the pics I have seen on the internet end in two mufflers on each side. Can some one help me out on this? I canīt find any Remus that end in one on each side in the internet.

From what I've seen most aftermarket exhaust mods for the 535 go with double pipes on each side which require an aftermarket diffuser or cutting of the stock one. I'm sure you can find a single pipe one but it'll give you less options.
I'm also looking an factored in the cost of modifying the bumper for the dual pipe design. |

Most 535 owners with non-m-sport rear bumper that I know simply trimmed their bumpers to accomodate the quads, any decent muffler shop should be able to to this. If done properly you shouldn't have to repaint your bumper.
Look for Lacster's early photos and 78mao. |
