Question I have a question

I have a 06 330i and when I bought the car, I got the 162's with RFT"s. This week I bought a Set of rims, and the tires I have are hankook tires, My question is now that I have regular tires and no run flats and no spare what do I do. Also the car doesnt have a jack or nothing, so if I get a flat what do i do, Call bmw towing services or what?

The sport section comes with offset tires & wheels.

Sport Package

* Star Spoke (Styling# 162) light-alloy wheels, 18 x 8.0 front, 18x 8.5 rear; 225/40R-18 front, 255/35R-18 rear run-flat* performance tires*
* 8-way power front sport seats (includes 2-way headrests and thigh support)
* 3-spoke leather-wrapped multi-function sport steering wheel with audio and accessory phone* controls
* Sport suspension calibration

Assuming he has kept the same dimension / size as the OEM tire/wheel combo.

these tires (as many high preformance tires are) are directional so to truly provide a spare tire you would need 4 tires!

What I do is add a towing rider on my insurance (eventhough i run the RFT Potenzas). If I ever need a tow I pay upfront and get reimursed by my insurance. Towing coverage is cheap like 2 or 3 bucks a month.

BMW Road side assistance may also provide a similar type of service where in they tow (flat bed) the car to the nearest authorized service center.

Hope this helps
