Ordering a 335i sport...thoughts?

Hi guys
Just joined and first lease. Have always owned cars 5-8 years. Just want to drive something new and with a warranty for a change!

In final negotiations for 335i sport
MG/blk leather
Heated seats
-premium pkg
-tech pkg
-hk sound
-m adaptive sup
-BMW asst
-apps
-sport trans w/pads

Price $51540 (w/ tax $53745)
36 months
MF .00190 (actually went down .0005)
Res .64
Tax 7.75
$6500 down includes tax, title license & 1st payment
$550 per month
I know you guys hate putting money down, but I wanted a more manageable first time lease payment.
Thoughts?
Thanks guys

Just make MSD's instead of putting money down. You will lose the 6500 if god forbid your car gets totaled. This should save you about $50 a month due to the lowered MF.

How many miles is this by the way?

The MF dropped for April I guess. I didn't do anything to get that down.
It's funny that my sales guy hasn't mentioned MSD's.
Thanks for any advice guys! Can't wait to order her. Trying to get on the May books.

i do not think it changed, its a killer residual @ 65%. can't get much better for a 36mo lease.
