My car stopped working.
Yesterday my car stopped working. As I was pulling into my work parking lot my car just shut off. I tried to restart it but nothing happened. The roadside assist came by and took me to my dealership. Today they called and said that I needed a new fuel pump. Has anyone else had this problem? Another thing, they gave me a 335 for a loaner and that car hauls ass.

being that bingstar has a 325i, I dont think he frequents the forced induction section much to know about the hpi pump issue with the 335i's...
sounds like you either ran out of gas or the in tank fuel pump died on you.. we also put quite a few fuel pumps on cars at work, not just the hpi pumps so its not uncommon...
