My 2008 335i Lemon Law case is still pending

Hey guys, my 2008 335i 51,000k case is still pending, my lawyer said to be patient and its been almost 2 months, I talked to my lawyer and he said they have filed a lawsuit and the have a trial date on May 29th 2012, my lawyer took my case even though i only have a one fuel pump problem, and other than that i have other issues, i gave my lawyer all the copies of all the maintenance they have done to my car, I ask my lawyer if this will go thru and he said, "i dont see why not i wouldnt take it your case if theres any problem, i told him that i almost got into car accident on the freeway when my engine just started rattling and it completely stop, what do you guys think you think this case will go thru????? feel free to reply...

my friend has the same year as mine, and he had his pump replaced twice like yours, he contacted bmw and they buy back his car for $19,000, i talked to my lawyer about that and he said he could get more if he wants to, but my friend didnt want to do anything with the layer, so he took the offer.

Your case isn't a sure win. In California a 100% slam dunk Lemon Law case is when your car has been in the shop 3 or more times for the same issue or it has spent 30+ days in the shop.

Seems like your car doesn't meet those requirements so BMW may be willing to just go to court with you since they have a chance of winning.

Your lawyer may also be trying to make the case go to court because then he would get paid more $ from BMW. Never know.
