Follow up to the 335 fight

SO, thanks to all the feedback from my earlier post, I took the plunge and added to my stable. Here’s a photo of the new addition, a 2003 Sapphire Black on Black X5. We found it with 57K. Body and interior are in absolutely perfect condition. So far I slapped new rubber on it, replaced the front control arm bushings, replaced a washer pump and it’s ready to go (must…mod..urge).
My wife loves it!, and the 335 is mine,,,all mine!!
Now, time for the real mods………

I drive a 328xi daily, and I had to borrow my dad's X5 4.4 for a day.

Jeez that thing felt slow!!!
I was much happier in my little 3 series!!

Haha, how can you go from a 335i to a 3.0 X5??!!
My right foot would not be happy!!!

smart move with the replacement of the control arm bushing. my brothers just went out at 96k on the odo and his car is 3 years old. be sure to save up for inspection 2 and make sure you check the wheel bearings. the car is quite heavy and they can wear out pretty quick. anyways nice buy and have fun
