Newb with 335i Sedan-Props to Jenny and BMW SF

Hi all:

First post on this forum! I'm a longtime Audi owner (and poster) who leased my first BMW yesterday. I took home a graphite/black leather sedan with 6spd, sport,premium, ipod, heated seats, fold down, sirius, etc. etc.! So far I love it. My best reference points are the A4 Turbo with APR stage 3 (lots of tq and hp, poor curves) and 2 Porsche 928s (gearing too high, one i added a roots blower too) and wife's slk230 (supercharged!).

On this car, I wont repeat what others have already said about a brilliant engine.

I'm going to stay as close to stock as possible, its the main reason i leased, b/c I've been struck by the mod bug way too many times.

I worked with Jenny at BMW of San Franc. It was a really great experience and I recommend her without reservation. A knowledgable car enthusiast who acts with professionalism and integrity--nuff said.

I'm looking forward to a new german brand, and learning about the traditions of BMW.

And even though i live 30 minutes from Shiv, I'm not visiting! well, maybe just to browse...

Congrats man. I too am planning to get a 335i from SF BMW. Does yours have the idrive? I too was looking at a graphite/black leather with aluminum. It had idrive, sport, premium, heated seats, and ipod intergration. What kind of deal did you get on it?

I have Idrive, and it seems every option except active steering, active cruise, and comfort door opening thingy. i paid 46,100 as a cap cost on the lease. the lease payments will vary based on term, pay down etc.
