Body shop used mismatching paint!
Had some body work done a couple weeks ago, wasn't until yesterday that I noticed this:
Am I being unreasonable in wanting a matching paint job? |

Looks nice bit off. Talk to them to see if they will repaint.

Focus on rehab and getting back in time for playoffs. Worry about paint later. Big picture!

Rear door has what looks to be a yellowish tint to the paint where the front looks like it's just a clean door?
Hand wash the whole car and retake the photo |

The rear door is off. And there was no blending done. If the entire rear door needed a repaint, then the paint should have been blended into the rear fender and front door.

One would think that color matching would be simpler.. When I had my M-Teck front lip painted, my bodyshop had to use water base to match it correctly. There's actually 8 color variations to Alpine White. Some has a slight hint of blue to grey. None the less matching is a bitch! You gotta remember that when our cars gets painted from the factory, the paint comes in large quanitites ie. 55gal barrels
I would definately take it back to them and have them re-shoot the paint!
