You can do it a few ways, the easiest way is when you create a thread, scroll down and you'll see manage attachments. This will allow you to upload pics from your computer. Done.

Secondly, you can sign up at a free hosting site like photobucket.com. You upload the pics onto the site and then they'll provide you the links which you'lll post here.
