New the forum but not new to German turbo cars!

Hi,

My name is Mark and I'm a Turboholic...some of you B5 S4 transplants may know me as SlvrBulletS4 on the Audiworld forums. I have recently ordered a 335i coupe and am anxiously awaiting its arrival so I can start tinkering. Early in the development of the B5 S4 I aligned myself with AWE Tuning and GIAC and the result was the AWE Silverbullet that was featured in European Car and Sport Compact Car as well as a feature car in Forza 2 Motorsport. Working closely with AWE in the design and testing of much of their S4 product line. Since then I have worked with Helix MINI/BIMMER sport and developed the turbokompressor(turbo-supercharger) kit with them. I hope to bring this enthusiasm to the 335i. I have a vast amount of custom turbo-compound forced induction and tuning experience and have some pretty cool things planned for my 335i:rocks:

The B5 S4 transplants list keeps growing. My '01.5 S4 went to the new owner in in march and I took delivery of the 335i in May.

What direction are you planning to go? Bigger turbos? Single turbo setup?

I am planning on twin rear mounted mitsu 20g's blowing into the factory mitsu 13's with an upgraded intercooling system. I have developed and tuned twincharged(COMPOUND BOOST) systems before(mini-cobalt ss/saturn redline) and they are lots of fun. :rocks:

Welcome to the boards! The Silverbullet was one impressive S4. I hung out a lot on AW and really enjoyed my '01.5 stage 2+ S4 (and I hope the new owner is as well). I never made it to the K04 upgrade but I look forward to seeing what's in-store for the 335.

Nice to see you over here. This is CoreyS from the S4 board. We haven't touched THWAP since 2003, nor have we been racing at all. But, we now have a 335i sedan to haul around the kid (and a 2nd on the way). I will be interested to see what your "tinkering" yields.

Hey Mark, I ran into you back in 02 up in Boston for an Audi meet and drag day in NH I believe it was. Back then I was just a little Auburn college student with my S3 A4 running around with APR during the summers
