I'm not exactly sure what the 328's go for, but 19k for a 335 is a bit low. A lower mileage, fully loaded 07 335 would still go for mid 20s.

I can tell you fully loaded 335i do not go for mid 20's. I would sell mine in a heart beat if I can get 22-23k for my 07 335i with only 22k miles. My best offer was $20,500.

I just did a KBB look up of a fully loaded 2007 335 (without Nav) with 40k. Trade in value was 22-24 Private Party value was 24-28 Again, this was perceived value and I know it isn't what you would necessarily get. However, these prices are pretty consistent with prices I have seen (at least in my area). I don’t live in a “major” city, so 335s are not as common as say in NYC or Philly. When I purchased my 335i last year, my insurance and bank put a value of $31k against the vehicle (again, this was last year and pricing has seriously diminished since then)

I wouldn't trade it in for a 5 year old 335... get a newer year model with some warranty left

Sedan tends to be 2-3k less than coupes... To OP, I think the price is fair tho it may be a reach. Def worth more than 15k |

If you're going to trade it in for an e92 335, just wait a few more months for the f32 and get a better deal after e92 prices fall.
