VO 1M available in SoCal
I have learned of a VO 1M with 2K miles that is for sale by a private individual in Southern California. The owner is motivated to sell but paid a premium to buy it. He says it is in perfect condition. The lowest he can sell the car for is his loan balance which is about 67K.

I always assumed that folks that paid a premium on cars paid cash. How do you even get financing over the MSRP? My credit union used to finance 107% (when the sales tax was 7%).
