Winter Wheel Dilemma

I'm trading in my 07' 335xi for a 11' SE. DILEMMA: I have SWEET 19" OEM 3-PC w/run-flats that are near life-end and 18" Stock sport wheels with Hankook Ice Bears (newer).

I will absolutely need winters. The new 335 will come with 19" R-craps, so I'll have summers, but do I trade my 07' with the sweet 19"s and then just use my existing 18" winters?

Or should I keep the sweet 19"s, buy new Blizzaks at $1500.

Point: I'm not getting any extra value for the trade with the sweet 19"s...so I don't really want to give them to the dealer.

Counterpoint: While I love the 19" 3-pc wheels...I'm not sure running 19" Blizzaks (235/35/19) is the best winter option.

Thoughts?
