If the guy has done nothing wrong, yet, why ban him?

If he does some shady stuff like be an asshole or anything then we should ban him but obviously he likes the site and he will get on using different personas to be a part of the community. Last time I heard, he wasn't bashing anyone. I say you're innocent until proven guilty.

i dont think u can unless its static...

if the IP is dynamic that you probably cant... i'm not too familiar with IPs n' stuff but I know my IP at home changes everytime I restart the reciever (not the hub).

Also he could just use a proxy if his ip were banned. Thats how you get to sites at work and school when they are banned.
