Key made in King of Prussia area

Trying to help out my son who recently bought an 04 e46. So besides the dealer, where else can a key be made and programmed. When he went to West German BMW, they wanted $170

That's just ridiculous!

call a couple dealers and get the pricing, most of them vary.

that's about standard, you're not going to find one for MUCH cheaper, sorry but good luck!

170 is cheap I paid 200 in Wilmington for my E46 M3. Don't bother trying to replace the battery yourself unless you're really tech savvy...

well if this is a good price, Im making sure not to lose my keys.

on a side note, my kid's key fob broke in half revealing the battery. Looks like there's really nothing he can do but fork out the $$ for a key...
