alright, I'll be serious, I'd get the 135 if the rumored weight of around 3100lbs is to be realized, that'd be a sweet driver's car. Although I'm still not sold on its look yet, as Carnage puts it, it looks like a "retarded fish"

I wonder how that'd work out, it does seem like they just threw parts from the E46 M3 bin at the M roadster, and while the M roadster is nice, I think BMW could have done a much better job on it

end of off topic wandering..

on the 1 vs 3, the 3 will look better, but the 1 will drive better

what's more important to you, looks or performance?

For power and driving pleasure: 135i

For looks and comfort: 328i

I guess the 335i is the best of both worlds

I'd suggest making an appointment with the optometrist.

135i

Looks ugly. But will drive nice.

The E90 isn't the most attractive looking car either...but I still drive one...so looks don't persuade me either way. Performance does.

If you had to stay in the BMW family, i'd get the 135i if you don't need the doors. And you better the the coupe because that hatch is disgusting!

If you are allowed to travel outside, I'd buy an STI

If you're asking if the decision was made today, I 'd have to go with the 328i since the 135i has not been proven to be mechanically sound as any first year/new car would be. If you ask this question 2-3 years from now, I might have a different answer.

The 1 series is definitely something that needs to be seen in the flesh to determine whether the pictures are accurate or it's really not that ugly.
